AITestingPros ("we," "us") provides automated and manual testing services for websites and AI-integrated applications, including but not limited to: security header checks, malware/phishing screening, performance checks, accessibility audits, SSL/TLS grading, and AI-specific adversarial/persona testing. Results are generated by a combination of automated tooling (including third-party services — see our Privacy Policy) and, where applicable, manual review.
All test results, scores, grades, and reports are provided on a best-effort, informational basis only. We do not guarantee that a report is complete, exhaustive, or free of false positives or false negatives. A passing grade or "Full Scan" report is not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of security, compliance, accessibility, or fitness for any particular purpose. You remain solely responsible for the security, legal compliance, and quality of your own website or application.
By submitting a URL, system prompt, API key, or endpoint for testing, you represent that you own the site/application or are otherwise authorized to have it tested, and that testing it will not violate any law, agreement, or third party's rights. You are responsible for any consequences of submitting a URL or credential you were not authorized to submit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITestingPros and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on any report, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages resulting from an issue our testing did not catch. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific test run at issue.
Plan pricing is shown on our Pricing page and is subject to change. Purchases are currently arranged directly with us (not via an automated checkout) and are generally non-refundable once a test run has started, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Where a paid engagement is covered by a signed NDA, we'll honor its terms. For free/self-serve tests, submitted URLs and results are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — we do not publish or sell your data.
We may modify, discontinue, or change pricing for any part of this service at any time, including features described here.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
